Going keto doesn't mean that you have to give up your favorite sweet treats! Indulge in these delicious keto peanut butter cookies in less than an hour! They only take a few ingredients and are really simple to make. Plus, the whole family will enjoy them!

Ingredients
 100 g butter
 ½ cup almond flour
 ½ cup coconut flour
 2 tbsp peanut butter
 ¼ cup erythritol
 1 tsp vanilla extract
 optional: pecans or almonds for garnish on top

In a medium bowl, combine all of the ingredients for the keto peanut butter cookies.

Cover with wrap and place the dough in the fridge for 30 minutes.

Preheat the oven to 350°F.

Remove the dough from the fridge.

Roll out 16 cookie dough balls and place on a cookie sheet.

Flatten each cookie to a cookie shape.
Option to top each cookie with an almond or pecan for garnish.

Bake your keto peanut butter cookies in the oven for 10 minutes. They should be lightly brown on the edges, but still soft in the middle (they will set as they cool).

Allow cookies to completely cool before serving.
