This creamy keto peanut butter frosting is perfect for keto cake or cupcakes!
Please be aware that this is enough frosting for a double layer cake. If you do not need that much, reduce the ingredients proportionally.
Using an electric mixer, blend the softened cream cheese, butter, and heavy cream until well combined.
Mix in the peanut butter and vanilla extract until well combined.
Slowly pour in the powdered erythritol and blend until well combined.
Note: if you'd like the frosting a little thicker, add more powdered erythritol; if it's too thick, add a little more heavy cream.
