Ingredients
Peanut Butter Macaroon
 3 cups unsweetened shredded coconut
 ¼ cup vanilla protein
 2 eggs
 3 tbsp coconut cream
 2 tbsp PBfit
 1 tbsp sugar-free syrup
  cup almond flour
 2 tbsp stevia
 ½ tsp vanilla extract
Chocolate
 1 tbsp butter
 ¼ cup coconut butter
 2 tbsp stevia
 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 325°F and line a pan with parchment paper .

In a bowl, mix together all of the macaroon the ingredients with a rubber spatula.

Roll dough into balls and bake for 8- 10 min.

While the macaroons are baking, being melting the butter, coconut cream, stevia, and cocoa powder in a saucepan.

Stir and remove from heat once well combined.

Allow macaroons to cool for at least half an hour before dipping them in chocolate.
