Keto Pumpkin Chili

Ingredients
 2 lbs ground beef
 1 medium red bell pepper, chopped
 28 oz tomatoes, diced in tomato juice
 1 cup pumpkin puree
 2 tbsp chili powder
 1 tsp garlic powder
 1 tsp onion powder
 ¼ cup lupini beans
 salt and pepper
Directions

Over medium heat, brown the meat.

Strain and place back into the pot.

Stir in the bell peppers, beans, tomatoes, tomato juice, pumpkin, and seasonings.

Simmer for 20 minutes.

Taste and adjust seasoning to take.

Cook for an additional 5 minutes.

Note: Try serving with shredded cheddar cheese and sour cream.
