In a medium saucepan, combine the chicken, broth and salt, and bring to a boil.
After 20 minutes, or until the chicken is fully cooked, add the pumpkin puree and stir.
Stir in the celery, cilantro, and onion.
Cook for an additional 5 minutes.
Stir in the heavy cream and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
Allow to cool, then puree ingredients in a blender.
