Keto Pumpkin Fudge

You can never have enough pumpkin recipes. This Keto Pumpkin Fudge is the perfect satiating treat to fulfill that sweet craving.

 2 cups almond butter
 5 tbsp keto maple syrup (we used Monk Fruit Sweetener)
 ½ cup organic pumpkin puree
 ½ cup coconut oil (melted)

Line an 8 x 8 baking dish with parchment paper and set aside.

In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the almond butter with coconut oil.

Add the maple syrup and stir the pumpkin puree until fully combined.

Pour the mix into the lined baking dish and refrigerate until firm (at least an hour).
