In a large mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, heavy cream, vanilla extract and erythritol until creamy.
Pour 1/3 of the mixture into a separate bowl.
Mix the pumpkin puree and pumpkin spice into the bowl with 1/3 of the mixture, stirring until well combined.
Alternate adding layers of non-pumpkin and the pumpkin cream to a bowl or dessert dish.
Optional: Top with your favorite keto cereal.
