Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
In the skillet, assemble the quesadillas by placing one tortilla in the bottom, topping with 3 tbsp of salsa and 1/4 cup of shredded cheese. Place another tortilla on top and allow to cook for about 3 minutes or until the tortilla is crispy.
Flip the tortilla and allow to cook for another 2-3 minutes, or until tortilla is crispy.
Note: Flipping the tortilla is easier if you press down on the top, compacting it first.
Remove and repeat steps with each individual set.
Cut quesadillas with a pizza cutter.
Note: Try serving guacamole, sour cream, or queso.
