Ingredients
Dough
 ¾ cup almond flour
 2 tbsp cream cheese
 1 egg
Filling
  cup cream cheese
Directions

Preheat oven to 360°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Dough

Mix the mozzarella cheese and almond flour in a microwave safe bowl.

Add in the cream cheese and microwave on high for 1 minute.

Stir and microwave for another 30 seconds.

Remove from microwave and mix in the egg, Swerve, baking powder, and vanilla extract.

Place dough onto the parchment paper and cover with another sheet. o

Using a rolling pin, roll dough into ¼" thickness.

Cut the dough into 6 equal squares.

In a medium bowl, blend the cream cheese, Swerve and raspberry extract.

Spoon filling into center of each dough square.

Using a pastry brush, dampen edges with water in a 1" border.

Fold dough in half diagonally over filling.

With a fork, press edges to seal.

Sprinkle a small amount of water on top and poke a few holes.
