Dough
 ¾ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
 ¾ cup almond flour
 2 tbsp cream cheese
 1 egg
 ½ tsp vanilla extract
 1 tsp baking powder
  cup confectioners' Swerve
Filling
  cup cream cheese
 2 tsp raspberry extract
  cup confectioners' Swerve
 ½ tsp vanilla extract

Preheat oven to 360 degrees F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Set aside.

Mix mozzarella cheese and almond flour in a microwave safe bowl.
Add the cream cheese and microwave on high for 1 minute.

Stir mixture and microwave again on high for 30 seconds.

Remove from microwave and add the egg, Swerve, baking powder, and vanilla extract. Mix until combined.

Place dough ball on a sheet of parchment paper and place another sheet on top.

Using a rolling pin, roll dough into ¼" thickness. With a pizza cutter, cut into 6 equal squares.

In a medium bowl, stir together cream cheese, Swerve and raspberry extract.

To assemble turnovers, spoon filling into center of each square. Using a pastry brush, dampen edges with water in a 1" border. Fold dough in half diagonally over filling. With a fork, press edges to seal. Sprinkle with water and poke four holes with a toothpick.
