Ingredients
 4 cups water
 1 tbsp garlic, minced
 1 bay leaf
 2 cloves
 1 small head cabbage, cut into wedges
 2 tbsp butter
 4 keto bread slices
 8 corned beef slices
 2 tbsp mustard
Directions

Bring 4 cups of water to a simmer over medium heat.

Mix in garlic, bay lead, and cloves.

Reduce the heat to medium, then add cabbage simmer until tender.

Drain and set aside for assembly.

Butter one side of the bread slices and brown on a warm griddle or nonstick pan.

Assemble each sandwich with 2 slices of cabbage, 4 slices of corn beef and mustard.

Brown in a skillet on low heat for about 2 minutes on each side.
