Keto Rotisserie Chicken

 1 whole chicken (about 4 pounds)
 2 tsp paprika
 1 tsp garlic powder
 1 tsp onion powder
 3 tbsp butter, melted
 salt and pepper to taste

Preheat oven to 425°F.


In a small bowl, whisk together paprika, garlic and onion powder, salt and pepper.


Remove giblets from chicken and bush the outside with butter.


Rub the spice mixture all over the outside of the chicken.


Place chicken into a dish and bake uncovered until the internal temperature reaches 165 °F (about 60 to 70 minutes).
Note: Brush the chicken periodically with the juices that are in the bottom of the dish to prevent it from drying out.
