Ingredients
  cup heavy cream
 ½ cup ice
 1 cup keto vanilla ice cream(Rebel brand used)
 1 tsp mint extract
 a few drops of green food coloring
 2 tbsp keto whipped cream
 optional: garnish with mint leaves

Blend the heavy cream and ice together in a blender until a slushy-like consistency.

Add in the keto ice cream and mint extract. Blend until well combined.
