Keto Shrimp Ceviche

Ingredients
 1 lb shrimp, cooked, peeled, and deveined
 6 large limes, juiced
 2 large lemons, juiced
 ¼ cup yellow bell pepper, diced
  cup red onion, diced
 1 jalapeño, seeds and rips removed, minced
 1 garlic clove, minced
  cup fresh cilantro, chopped

Once everything is diced, juiced, and minced, combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl.

Refrigerate 1–2 hours allowing flavors to combine.

Add 5–8 drops of organic stevia.

Created "cockteil de cammarones" (Mexican shrimp cocktail) by adding 3 tbsp sugar-free ketchup to 1 cup of previously made spring shrimp ceviche.
