Enjoy the recipe as is, or try swapping out some of the frozen strawberries for other frozen berries (like blueberries, raspberries, and blackberries). This is a higher-carb smoothie, perfect for higher carb or days with fewer carb meals. If you are looking for a smoothie with fewer carbs, trying dividing this recipe into 4th and adding more unsweetened almond milk and ice.

 16 oz frozen strawberries
 1 whole avocado
 1 ¼ cups unsweetened almond milk
 handful of ice
 2 tbsp monk fruit erythritol blend (or 1/4 cup allulose)

To make the keto smoothie, blend all of the ingredients together in a blender until well combined. You can add more or less ice until the texture you like is achieved.


Taste test the keto smoothie when done. If you'd like it, sweetener, add more sweetener at about 1 tsp at a time until the desired sweetness level is achieved.


Store any leftovers in the fridge.
