Keto Spinach Artichoke Dip

Not only does this dip have nutritious veggies and leafy greens, it's also creamy and filled with cheese. Pair your dip with celery, bell peppers, tomatoes, and cucumber, and feel free to add some chips for your game day guests who may not be keto.

Ingredients
 9 oz frozen spinach
 14 oz canned artichoke hearts
 8 oz cream cheese
 ¼ cup sour cream
 1 tsp garlic powder
 salt and pepper, to taste
 ½ tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
 1 cup shredded mozzarella

Place the defrosted spinach and artichokes in a colander and press firmly to extract as much liquid as possible and set aside.

Add cream cheese to a medium microwave-safe bowl and soften in the microwave for 30 seconds or until the cream cheese is the same consistency as mayonnaise.

Add the spinach, artichokes, sour cream, garlic powder, salt and pepper, and red pepper flakes (optional) and combine. Fold in the mozzarella cheese.

Refrigerate for at least one hour and serve with vegetables to dip.
