Keto Spinach Frittata

Ingredients
 4 bacon slices
 2 tbsp butter
 4 cups spinach
 8 large eggs
 1 cup heavy whipping cream
 5 oz cheddar cheese, shredded
 salt and pepper, to taste

Preheat the oven to 350ºF and grease a large baking dish.

Heat butter in the pan over medium heat.

Add in the bacon into the pan and cook until crispy.

Add in the spinach and cook until wilted.

Remove the pan from heat and set aside.

Combine the cream and eggs and transfer into the baking dish.

Add in the spinach, bacon, and cheese into the baking dish.

Transfer the baking dish to the oven and bake for about thirty minutes until golden brown and set in the middle.
