This keto strawberry daiquiri recipe does use liquid stevia, however, if you don't like the taste of stevia you can substitute the sweetener with allulose, monk fruit, or erythritol. Please note that when mechanical blended, stevia creates a foamy, frothy texture, which can add to the overall texture of the cocktail.
Chop the strawberries.
Blend all of the ingredients in a blender.
Note: the liquid stevia will actually cause a change in texture when blended. It will create an almost frothy texture, so if you use any other sweetener (like Mio or Crystal Light) you will not get this same texture.
Serve your delicious keto strawberry daiquiri alone or with sliced lime or strawberries as garnish.
