Cool off this summer with this tasty keto strawberry lemonade mojito! These rum-based drink is perfect to sip poolside!

 8 strawberries
 1 whole lemon
 8 oz rum
 2 oz lemon juice
 2 oz keto simple syrup (Skinny Syrups brand used)
 optional: mint leaves for garnish
 handful of ice cubes

Cut the whole lemon into wedges.


Muddle the lemon wedges and 4 of the strawberries in a cocktail shaker.


Add in the rum, lemon juice, and simple syrup. Shake well.


Strain the cocktail into glasses filled with ice.


Garnish each glass with an additional strawberry and optional mint leaves.
