Keto Summer Caprese Salade

 2 medium cucumbers
 15 small tomatoes
 4 oz mozzarella cheese
 2 celery sticks
 1 tbsp sugar-free balsamic vinegar
 2 tbsp olive oil
 salt and pepper to taste

Dice the cucumbers, celery sticks, and mozzarella cheese into 1" squares and cut the tomatoes in half.


In a salad bowl, add the tomato, cucumber, celery, and mozzarella.


Drizzle oil and vinegar on top.


Add salt and pepper to taste.
