Heat the olive oil in a large cast-iron skillet over medium-high heat.
Once hot, add the ground beef to the skillet and distribute across the pan evenly with a spoon.
Allow to brown without touching it for 5 or so minutes then stir.
Add in the keto seasoning and cook one minute. Stir in the crushed tomatoes and bring to a simmer.
Add the avocado and chopped cilantro to the top.
