Combined the shredded chicken, sour cream and taco seasoning in a bowl. Mix until well combined.
Add about 1 oz of the shredded chicken mixture to a mini taco shell and roll it up into a taquito shape. If you have a difficult time keeping it sealed, you can add a little bit of sour cream to the edge to seal it.
Finish rolling all 6 taquito and place in the air fryer at 375 degrees F for 6-8 minutes.
Note: Depending on the side of your air fryer, they may cook slightly differently. If they are not crispy at this point, place them back in the air fryer for an additional 2 minutes until crispy.
