Fill a glass with ice.
Start to make your keto tequila sunrise by combining the water, water flavor drops (cherry or fruit punch), 1oz of the tequila, and lime juice.
Separately combine the other ingredients separately.
Pour the red mixture into your ice-filled glass.
Pour the orange juice mixture over top.
