It only takes 5 minutes to have a delicious, plant-based, protein-backed dinner! Enjoy this keto mala tofu by itself or served with your favorite low-carb noodles.

 1 package extra firm silken tofu (about 85g)
 ½ tbsp black vinegar
 1 tbsp coconut aminos
 2 tbsp avocado oil
 1 tbsp green onions, chopped
 1 tsp chili powder
 ¼ tsp sichuan peppercorn
 optional: top with sesame seeds
 recommended: serve with sesame shirataki noodles

Pat the tofu dry and add to a plate.


Top with the chopped green onions, peppercorns, and chili powder.


Heat the oil in a skillet until just before smoking.


Pour the heated oil over the tofu that is topped with spices and green onions.


Drizzle the coconut aminos and vinegar on top.


Enjoy your keto tofu by itself or with a side of shirataki noodles.
