 ½ tbsp black vinegar
 1 tbsp coconut aminos
 2 tbsp avocado oil
 1 tbsp green onions, chopped
 1 tsp chili powder
 ¼ tsp sichuan peppercorn
 optional: top with sesame seeds
 recommended: serve with sesame shirataki noodles

Pat the tofu dry and add to a plate.

Top with the chopped green onions, peppercorns, and chili powder.

Heat the oil in a skillet until just before smoking.

Pour the heated oil over the tofu that is topped with spices and green onions.
