A Keto Tuna Melt is the perfect lunch to make for your next keto meal prep. Don't forget to pair it with some keto-friendly bread!
Preheat the oven to 325 degrees Fahrenheit.
Spread out the slices of mozzarella onto two baking sheets lined with parchment paper.
In a bowl, drain the cans of tuna in with the mayo and minced celery. Mix well.
Bake the cheese until fully melted (about 4-5 minutes). Remove for the oven and allow to cool.
Add a spoonful of tuna to the corner of each of the cheese shells.
Fold the squares in half to make a triangle and press the sides closed firmly.
Return to the oven for 5 to 10 minutes.
