 12 oz tuna
 ½ cup mayonnaise (full fat, soybean oil-free)(Primal Kitchen brand used)
 1 celery stalk, chopped
 2 tbsp diced onion
 1 tbsp mustard
 1 dash lemon juice
 salt and pepper to taste
