This keto tuna salad recipe is the perfect quick and easy low-carb meal. You can enjoy it alone, on keto bread as a sandwich, with crackers, on a low-carb tortilla, or in lettuce cups!

 12 oz tuna
 ½ cup mayonnaise (full fat, soybean oil-free)(Primal Kitchen brand used)
 1 celery stalk, chopped
 2 tbsp diced onion
 1 tbsp mustard
 1 dash lemon juice
 salt and pepper to taste

Combine all of the ingredients together in a bowl and stir until well combined.


Enjoy this keto tuna salad alone, with keto crackers, on keto bread, or however, you'd like! Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge.
