Preheat the oven at 375°F and grease a doughnut pan.
In a medium bow,l whisk together all of the dry ingredients.
In a separate bowl, blend together the wet ingredients.
Slowly incorporate the dry mix into the wet ingredients until batter is homogeneous.
Cook for 18 minutes or until done.
Note: You can test to see if it is done by inserting a toothpick into the center. If the toothpick comes out clean, it is done.
Blend together the coconut cream, vanilla and powdered stevia until well combined.
Allow the doughnuts to completely cool before dipping into frosting.
