Heat a greased skillet over medium heat.
Add in the chopped celery and cook until tender.
Combine the psyllium husk and 1/4 cup heavy cream in a bowl until smooth.
Slowly pour in the rest of the cream and broth, stirring until smooth.
Pour this mixture into the skillet and cook to a boil.
Stir the mixture until well combined and continue cooking for an additional 2 minutes.
Add in the onion, turkey, curry powder, and garlic powder. Stir the mixture and cook until heated through.
Serve over cauliflower rice if desired.
