Keto Zucchini Patties

Ingredients
 3 cups shredded zucchini, drained
 ½ cup coconut flour
 2 large eggs
 3 oz bacon, cooked and chopped
  cup Parmesan cheese
 ½ tsp garlic powder
 ½ tsp onion powder
 3 tbsp butter
Directions

In a medium bowl, stir together all ingredients.

Allow to sit for 3-5 minutes so that the coconut flour can absorb the liquid.

Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat.

With you hands, form patties out of the mixture.

Fry the patties until golden brown (10-15 minutes)

Note: Serve with your favorite keto dipping sauce.
