Thinking cereal is off-limits on the keto diet? Not with this Ketogenic Cereal. Try this keto version of your favorite crunchy cereal!


 ¾ cup almonds (chopped)
 1 cup walnuts (chopped)
 ¾ cup unsweetened coconut flakes
 1 large egg white
 1 tbsp chia seeds
 1 tsp vanilla extract

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.


Prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper. Set aside.


In a medium-sized mixing bowl, add in the chopped almonds, walnuts, coconut flakes, chia seeds, vanilla, and cinnamon.


In a separate bowl, beat the egg white until foamy and then add the nut mix.


Pour the mixture onto the baking sheet and spread to a single even layer.


Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden.
