 2 organic, nitrate-free hot dogs
 2 large romaine lettuce leaves
 2 tbsp sauerkraut
 mustard, to taste
 low-sugar ketchup, to taste (optional)

Grill or boil the hot dogs until warmed through, around 7 minutes.

Place each hot dog on a lettuce leaf.

Top each hot dog with sauerkraut and mustard. Add sugar-free ketchup or any other keto-friendly toppings of choice (optional).
