Recipe Ingredients

{{ multiplier * 1 }} Cauliflower Head
{{ multiplier * 0.25 }} x c Heavy Cream
{{ multiplier * 3 }} x tbsp Butter
{{ multiplier * 2 }} x oz Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
{{ multiplier * 3 }} x tbsp Fresh Chives, chopped
{{ multiplier * 1 }} x tsp Garlic Powder
Salt and Pepper, to taste

Recipe Instructions

Clean and trim the cauliflower, breaking it into medium sized pieces.

Bring a medium pot of water to boil.

Once boiling, cook the cauliflower for 15-20 minutes or until fork tender.

Remove and drain cauliflower

Put the cauliflower into a high speed blender or food processor along with the cheese, cream, butter, chives, and seasonings.

Puree until smooth and creamy and serve.
