 ½ apple
 175 g butter
 ½ cup erythritol
 ¼ cup brown sugar replacementSukrin Gold brand used
 1 tsp bourbon vanilla bean powder
 3 eggs
 1 cup almond flour
 ½ cup coconut flour
 ½ tsp cinnamon
 ½ tsp cardamom
Pie Crumble
 50 g butter (room temperature)
 ½ cup almond flour
 2.50 tbsp erythritol
 ½ cup coconut flakes
 40 g nut butter
 ½ tsp bourbon vanilla bean powder
Optional Toppings
 almond flakes

Preheat the oven to 375°F.


Cut the apple and shred the half apple into small pieces.


Melt the butter in a saucepan. Let cool and pour over the apples.


Add the rest of the ingredients for the cake and blend together with a large spoon.


Pour the cake batter into a round spring-form pan (one that you can open on the side).


Add all the ingredients for the pie crumble in a bowl and mix well with your hands. Cover the cake with crumbles.


Sprinkle some almond flakes, cinnamon, and cardamom on top.


Bake your low carb apple cake in the oven for about 30-35 minutes.


Allow the low carb apple cake to completely cool before serving.
