Low-Carb Avocado Mug Brownie

In less than 5 minutes, you could have a creamy, chocolatey, delicious mug brownie! And the best part? It's low in sugar and high in fiber! This keto mug brownie combines avocado, almond flour, unsweetened chocolate, and egg to make the perfect quick and easy low-carb dessert!

Ingredients
 ¼ avocado, mashed
 1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
 1 tbsp unsweetened almond milk
 1 egg
 1 tbsp allulose
 1 tbsp sugar-free keto syrup
 ¼ cup almond flour
 ¼ tsp baking powder
 1 pinch salt
 2 tbsp keto chocolate chips

Combined the mashed avocado, unsweetened cocoa powder, syrup, allulose, and egg together.

Stir in the almond flour, salt, and baking powder.
