Tuna Patties

 4 5-ounce cans tuna drained
 1/3 cup almond flour
 2 tbsp chopped fresh dill
  3/4 tsp salt
 1/2 tsp pepper
 1/4 cup mayonnaise
 1 large egg
 1 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
 2 tbsp olive oil, for cooking

In a large bowl, mix together all of the ingredients (except the olive oil) until well combined. Form 8 patties.

In a skillet heat up 1 tbsp of the olive oil over medium heat.

Add half of tuna patties and cook until golden brown on the bottom, about 3 to 4 minutes.

Flip the patties carefully and cook the other side another 3 to 4 minutes.

Take the patties off the heat and place them on a serving tray to cool.

Repeat with the remaining patties.
