Recipe Instructions

Preheat oven to 375 F.

Spray a baking sheet with cooking spray.

Place zucchini in a single layer on baking sheet.

In a bowl, mix pizza sauce, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.

Top each round with pizza sauce mixture, mozzarella cheese, red pepper, and goat cheese.

Sprinkle Italian seasoning on top of each round.

Bake for 8-10 minutes or until cheese is melted and zucchini is heated through.
