Recipe Instructions

Line a sheet pan with parchment paper and set aside until needed.

Sift together coconut flour, almond flour, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper; divide into two separate bowls.

Whisk together whole eggs and heavy cream in small bowl to make egg wash.

Follow the next steps to coat cheese sticks in breading using one hand:
1. Egg wash
2. First flour bowl
3. Egg wash
4. Second flour bowl
5. Place on sheet pan
6. Freeze for a minimum of two hours.

When ready to cook heat vegetable oil to 400ºF or using a deep fryer, fry cheese sticks 2-3 at a time for 1-2 minutes or until golden brown*.

Remove from frying oil, place on a plate, pat dry with a paper towel, serve hot with tomato sauce or cool, place in an airtight container, and refrigerate for 5-6 days.
