Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a medium bowl, mix together all ingredients, minus the chocolate chips, until a dough-like consistency is formed.
Roll dough into balls and place onto the baking sheet.
Note: Try wetting your hands with water or oil to avoid the dough sticking to your hands.
In a separate bowl, melt the chocolate chips.
Drizzle the melted chocolate onto the dough balls.
Freeze for 20 minutes and store in the refrigerator.
