Liquid smoke, sugar-free honey, and chili flakes add pizzazz to roasted broccoli in this recipe. Best of all, cooking is hands-off and takes place on a single sheet pan for easy cleanup. Serve with a simple pan-seared flank steak and a creamy cucumber salad.
Preheat the oven to 400ºF (205ºC). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Add all of the ingredients to a large bowl and toss to combine. Spread the broccoli out on the baking sheet and roast for 15 minutes, or until lightly charred.
