These keto cheese crisps are the perfect low-carb alternative to chips! Try using them as a chip replacement for nachos, or in your favorite keto dips. These keto cheese crisps also make a wonderful cheesy and crunchy addition on top of a salad or in a keto sandwich.

Ingredients
 3 ½ cups freshly grated Parmesan cheese (about 10 ounces)
 2 tbsp chopped basil
 fresh cracked black pepper
 1 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil

Preheat the oven to 425°F and line a sheet pan with a silicone baking mat or parchment paper.

Place the Parmesan cheese on the sheet pan in tablespoon-sized mounds. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes, until the cheese begins to brown.

Remove the keto cheese crisps from the oven, then sprinkle the chips with the basil and some fresh cracked pepper and drizzle with the olive oil.
