Prep time is ultra-fast for this tasty (and totally vegan) pudding, and no cooking is needed, but keep in mind that it will need at least 3 hours of time in the refrigerator to reach the proper texture.
Add all ingredients to a blender and blend for at least one minute, until completely smooth.
Scoop into bowls or jars and refrigerate overnight or for a minimum of three hours. Enjoy!
