You can certainly use homemade pesto in this recipe, but jarred pesto works just fine and makes this easy recipe even easier. Serve alongside roast beef, pork chops, or grilled salmon.
Preheat the oven to 400ºF (205ºC) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Toss the asparagus with the pesto and evenly spread the spears out onto the baking sheet. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes or until the asparagus is fork tender.
Top with grated parmesan, and enjoy!
