Recipe Instructions

Preheat oven to Broil.

In a large bowl, mix the ground beef and seasonings together until well combined.

Form the meat into 4 patties.

Grill until done and then top with pizza sauce (evenly divided) and a slice of mozzarella cheese.

While the burgers are cooking, brush the portobellos with olive oil and season with salt to taste.

Place the portobellos under the broiler until they are hot, about 4 minutes.

Remove from the broiler and set aside.

To assemble, place a portobello top side down on a plate and top with the burger. Place
another portobello top side up on top of the burger and serve.
