 12 mozzarella cheese sticks
 12 prosciutto slices
 optional: parsley to season
Directions

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F and line a baking sheet.

Wrap each piece of prosciutto around a mozzarella cheese stick.

Place each prosciutto roll up on the baking sheet and place it in the oven.

Cook the prosciutto roll ups just until the cheese begins to melt (around 4-5 minutes). This will help the Proscuitto stick to the mozzarella cheese.

Allow to cool and top with any additional seasoning!
