1. In a small sauce pan, combine all of the ingredients over medium heat. Make sure the mixture doesn’t get too hot as the cocoa rouge can burn.
2. Whisk until everything is melted then pour into a blender and blend until smooth.
3. Pour into a silicone mold and place in freezer for 1 hour. Garnish with flake salt and enjoy!
