Most sweet drinks aren't keto-friendly, so finding a keto-approved drink (other than water) can be difficult. This refreshing keto lemonade recipe can help you break up the boring drink monotony and enjoy a splash of citrus! This recipe calls for allulose, but you can use whatever keto-friendly sweetener you have on hand (erythritol, monk fruit, stevia, etc). Just be aware that you may need to adjust the amounts of sweetener since they are not all a 1:1 ratio.

Ingredients
 3 tbsp lemon juice(if you use concentrate, use about half that amount)
 ¼ cup allulose
 1 cup water
 ice
 optional: garnish with lemon slices and/or mint leaves

Combine the water, lemon juice, and allulose together in a glass.

Stir until the allulose has dissolved.
