This strawberry and ricotta puree makes a delicious, protein-filled substitute for sugar-filled fruit yogurt for breakfast, but used as a dip for fruit or keto crackers, it also makes a great dessert or snack.

Strawberry and ricotta puree

 ½ cup ricotta cheese
 2 tbsp plain Greek yogurt
 2 tbsp strawberries
 ½ tsp vanilla extract
 ¼ tsp cinnamon

Add all the ingredients to a blender or food processor and blend until smooth. Serve and enjoy!
