Smoked salmon and goat cheese pepperoncini

 ¼ cup goat cheese
 2 tbsp fresh dill(chopped)
 4 oz jarred pepperoncini peppers(drained, sliced open)
 2 oz smoked salmon(cut into strips)

In a small bowl, mix together the goat cheese and the dill.

Fill each pepperoncini with one teaspoon of goat cheese mixture.
