Preheat oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Dice the salmon into small pieces.
In a food processor, add salmon and mix until ground.
Transfer to a bowl and add of the remaining ingredients.
Stir the mixture until ingredients are well combined.
Roll the dough into small patties and place onto baking sheet.
Bake for 20 minutes.
Set oven to low broil and cook cakes for another 5 minutes or until crispy.
