oz Shredded Mozzerella Cheese

--- Red Bell Pepper, Diced

Recipe Instructions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

In a bowl, mix Italian sausage, egg, parmesan, and seasonings until combined.

Form sausage mixture into a ½ circle on a foil lined pan.

Bake in the oven until cooked through (about 18 minutes).

Remove from oven and drain any excess grease.

Spoon pizza sauce onto cooked sausage crust.

Sprinkle on mozzarella cheese and goat cheese.

Top with red peppers.

Cook until cheese is melted, about 12 min.

Remove from oven and cut with pizza cutter into triangles.
