oz Gorgonzola Cheese Crumbles

--- Cloves of Garlic, minced

Recipe Instructions

In a small dry sauté pan over medium heat, toast the pine nuts until they just begin to brown and set aside.(this will happen rather quickly)

Take the asparagus and cut about 2 inches off the bottom of each spear and discard.

Cut each spear into thirds.

Heat a large sauté pan over medium high heat with olive oil.

Add asparagus and garlic.

Cook until the asparagus becomes tender.

Turn the heat to low and add the gorgonzola crumbles.

Once the cheese begins to soften, remove from heat.

Sprinkle pine nuts over top and serve.
